❓ FAQ

1. How long are files stored on the server?

Files are only temporarily stored on the server for 20 minutes, after which the system automatically deletes the source file and the converted result to ensure data privacy and security.

2. Why aren't images displayed?

The current version does not support images or local image paths (e.g., ![alt](./image.png)). If you want to export documents with images, please convert them to online links first or wait for a future version update.

3. Is there a file size limit?

Yes. Uploaded Markdown files should be smaller than 1 MB. If the document is larger, try deleting unnecessary images or splitting the file before uploading.

4. Will my files be saved or shared?

No. All files are used only for conversion purposes and are automatically deleted after 20 minutes. They are not viewed or stored by anyone.

5. What formats are supported for converted Word files?

The generated .docx file is compatible with:

  • Microsoft Word
  • WPS Office
  • LibreOffice
  • Google Docs (can be uploaded directly)

6. Why is the formatting slightly different after conversion?

Because Markdown and Word use different formatting conventions, some formatting (such as tables, task lists, or inline code styles) may differ slightly.

We strive to accurately restore basic formatting, such as headings, paragraphs, lists, and references.
